Good to know
Is it an app I download?
It's a web app that works on any phone, tablet or computer. On your phone, tap "Add to Home Screen" and it opens like any other app, with its own icon. App Store and Google Play versions are planned.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You get 14 days of everything with no card. If you don't subscribe, your cat's records stay safe for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
What if I lose my phone?
Nothing is lost. Your records are saved to your account in the cloud, so you can log in on any device and everything is there. You can also export your data anytime.
Does it give medical advice?
No. Red Martian Cat Care is an organizer. It helps you record what happens and share it with your vet. It doesn't diagnose, interpret results or recommend treatment. Always follow your veterinarian's advice.
Can my partner or pet sitter log too?
Yes, on the Mission Control plan. Each person uses their own login and sees the same cat's record.
Is my data private?
Yes. Only you, and anyone you choose to share with, can see your cats' records. We never sell your data. You can export or delete it anytime. See our privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
